We want you to love your Indie Moon experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Indie Moon will replace genuinely faulty or damaged products and pay for the cost of shipping where the customer provides evidence of the fault or damage. 

To resolve any issues quickly we recommend emailing us within 2 business days of receiving a damaged or faulty product. Please send us photos of the damage and one of our friendly team members will be in touch. 

Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchanges 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. We also do not offer exchanges.

If, in rare circumstances, our customer service team approves a refund, a $10 handling fee will apply. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
